The Seattle Coaching Collective is guided by the belief that every one of us holds a unique potential that our world needs. We believe that the world is hungry for your unique gifts, and contributions - and it is our deep joy to support you in being your biggest, and most helpful self.

We formed a collective knowing that by working together, we shape something bigger than ourselves. We exist to create spaces for your gifts, and for the leadership potential in your organization, to flourish. As a community of coaches, we support each other to support you better.

We empower individuals, groups and organizations to achieve results that previously felt out of reach. And we are delighted to create the most welcoming, potent, fun, and nurturing environment for that process.
